GET https://keespecs.grok.me/api/representatives. No query. decimals is 18. weight is whole KTA. weightBase is the integer. share is that row divided by the total weight in the response, from 0 to 1. label is Rep 1 through Rep 4 when the address is known, otherwise null.

## How to read it
