Keeta settlement time
GET /api/bridge-speed. 0.01 USDC. Optional window, direction, and asset. A bad value returns 400 and is not charged. Figures come from bridge transfers seen on Keeta. End-to-end time is included only when the external chain can be read from a public endpoint with no key. Otherwise the timing is Keeta-side, or absent. Not a guarantee of future transfer times. Free, with limits, while payments are down.
Measures the Keeta side only. End-to-end bridge time and completion aren't observable yet.
Score
Completion rate at or above 99% and p95 at or under 60 seconds is fast. Completion rate at or above 95% and p95 at or under 300 seconds is normal. Anything else is slow. Fewer than 20 transfers is unknown, with reason bridge_unknown.

- keespecs.bridge-speed
- window
- 1h, 24h, or 7d. Default 24h.
- direction
- in, out, or all. Inbound is into Keeta. Outbound is out of Keeta. Default all.
- external_chain_id
- Machine field only. Do not read it aloud as a chain name.
- timing_basis
- end_to_end when both sides were measured. keeta_side when only Keeta was measured. The two are never mixed in one median or p95.
- completion_basis
- keeta_side, end_to_end, or not_observable. not_observable means a transfer could not be paired, so completion_rate is null rather than 100%.
- totals
- transfers, completed, completion_rate, median_seconds, p95_seconds, and volume. Each group also carries its own timing_basis and completion_basis.
- per_direction
- The same figures for in and out.
- per_asset
- The same figures for each token, with the token address and symbol. symbol is null when the token is not in the known list.
- volume
- amountBase is the integer. amount is the whole-token value when decimals are known. decimals is null when they are not.
- score
- 100 is fast: completion at or above 99% and p95 at or under 60 seconds. 70 is normal: completion at or above 95% and p95 at or under 300 seconds. 30 is slow: anything else once both figures exist. null when the window cannot be scored.
- label
- fast, normal, slow, or unknown.
- reason
- bridge_unknown when the window has fewer than 20 transfers. The message is: Not enough bridge transfers in this window to score.
- score_rule
- The rule, in words, so a caller does not have to trust the number.
- note
- Not a guarantee of future transfer times.
- stale
- Present only when the stored sample could not be read and a result from the last 10 minutes is reused. It is outside the signature.
- api_version
- The KeeSpecs response version.

- Ed25519 over the canonical envelope. Check it at /api/verify.
