2026-10-15

  • Added /api/storage-quotas (0.01 USDC) and /api/persist-check (0.02 USDC).
  • While payments are down, Desk, Network, and bridge checks serve the last paid answer marked stale for 10 minutes, then 503. A conversion still answers 503.
  • Fixed address validation on address-check and username match.
  • Address check is 0.01 USDC at /api/address-check. The score has four parts: age (40), block count (30), counterparties (20), and a keeta.xyz username (10). The total is 100. Not proof of personhood.
  • Username match is free at /api/username when both name and account are passed. match is true only when both directions agree. A name alone, or an account alone, is unchanged.
  • Stablecoin FX is now 0.01 USDC.
  • Price agreement uses the Base pool, Keeta's pricing anchor, and CoinGecko against their median. The FX anchor is published as tradable and is not part of agree.
  • Settlement p95 is a 15-minute window across representatives. A representative counts after 100 samples. One slow window does not fail. Fewer than 3 representatives is unknown.

  • Paid reads settle at x402.keespecs.xyz first. facilitator.x402.keeta.com is the fallback. If both are down, Group B is free again after two failed checks, and paid again after three healthy checks.

  • Stablecoin FX is 0.003 USDC at /api/stablecoin-fx. It lists Keeta's $K and $KB pairs, the anchor's raw ratio, and the deviation from 1:1 in basis points. Not a quote. Free while payments are down.
  • Convert Check is 0.02 USDC at /api/convert-check. It says go, caution, or no-go before a conversion or a bridge. Each input is shown with its rule. Not a quote or a guarantee. It answers 503 while payments are down.
  • x402 health is free at /api/x402-health. It says whether the Keeta facilitator can settle a paid read. If it is down, a paid 402 includes x-keespecs-facilitator: down. Free reads still work.
  • Regime is 0.01 USDC at /api/regime and is now in the x402 catalog. The score is not a forecast and not a social mood.
  • The free KTA price uses Keeta's pricing anchor, then its FX anchor, when both pool publishers refuse. The paid price check adds the FX anchor as its own leg. An old price is not returned.
  • Token search is free at /api/token/search. Token check is 0.01 USDC at /api/token/check. It names the official address and warns when another token uses the same code. Not an audit. Coverage is partial.
  • A signed response carries keespecs_signature. The public key is at /.well-known/keespecs-keys.json. POST /api/verify checks it and is free. This is not a Keeta SignData signature.
  • onchain_proof is null. keeta.xyz does not publish an on-chain name binding.
  • The free KTA price falls back to GeckoTerminal when DexScreener does not answer, then to Keeta's pricing anchor and its FX anchor. If all four refuse, the call fails and an old price is not returned.
